My profile picture

Who am I? That’s a tough question. I could start by saying my name, Douglas Modena, but that’s just a way to identify me, something required to live in society, and also something I haven’t chosen, it was given to me by my parents. I could say I’m on my thirties, but that’s not helpful, since our age constantly change. I could say I’m a Software Engineer, but I wasn’t born with this profession, and that will change when I retire. I could talk about my hobbies and interests, but that doesn’t really define what I am, since many people may share similar interests.

What defines me, then? I think for now I’ll stick with my profession and interests in coding and technology, since this is what matters to the reader (which may be only myself, or may include others). You may not know that I’m into philosophy (though you might have figured by now), or that I like watches and scuba diving. The important thing you need to know is that on this blog I’m writing as a Software Engineer, or a tech guy.

Expect to see posts related to development, AI, Machine Learning and other tech-related topics.

As for the answer for who I am? I’ll continue spending my life trying to figure that out.
